Open Voice & Intuitive singing
Open voice is a practice of natural ability to sing following our intuition and expressing our inner feelings and the uniqueness of our souls.

Intuitive Singing Practice

It can be a therapeutic practice, spiritual experience and empowering practice for self development and discovery. Intuitive singing is allowing one to connect and tap into their inner voice and essence.
Intuitive singing therapy is a process of learning how to express emotions that have been blocked, trapped or stored unintentionally in our bodies like a coping and protection mechanism.

Open voice workshops
Open voice workshop is not only for people that want to learn how to sing intuitively, but also want to find out what is their authentic sound, how to own it and be present while using it.

This practice is really for everyone that is longing to explore their sound. And you can do this even if you do not have singing experience or a talent for singing.

Vibrations and resonance
Vibrations are everything in the entire universe, even to the smallest atom, is vibrating. As such, everything in the body has its own natural frequency. Frequency refers to how fast those vibrations are happening. Healing frequencies may help “tune” the body back to balance if it’s out of sync, like tuning an instrument.

Resonance is when a sound at a particular frequency is played, it can cause certain parts of the body or mind to start vibrating in harmony with that frequency. This matching of vibrations is called resonance, and it’s thought to help restore balance or harmony in that area.
Singing in a particular frequency can be self healing practice.

When you listen to solfeggio frequencies in the range of the 7 Chakras, you stimulate healing or “unblocking” of certain energy centres of the body, this can have many beneficial effects including the release of subconscious trauma.

The chakras are the 7 main energy centres of the body. These energy centres run from the base of your spine to the top of your head and are aligned with the vagus nerve.
The vagus nerve is the largest nerve in the body and is responsible for the brain stem's communication with our major organs and our emotions. When working on the chakras you are stimulating the vagus nerve which has the benefits of; lowering blood pressure, reducing stress, improving mood and lessening anxiety.

Each of the chakras also stores trauma relating to different emotions, for example; the first chakra, the root chakra, is associated with fear, survival instincts and security. If you're someone who suffers from fear or anxiety, it's an indication that your root chakra is ‘blocked' meaning there are issues here to work through. When amplified with modalities like meditation and breathwork, this frequency taps into your subconscious mind and can help to unearth past trauma related to the root chakra.
